Visit to a Family Vineyard on September 23rd, 2018

The vendange is the best time of year to visit a local winery. It is the time of the grape harvest and the chance to see the wineyard in full operation. Via Nissa will be visiting two family owned wineyards in the Bellet region.  The wines of Bellet are small in quantitity and mostly known only to the locals.  They consist of a hand picked blend of 10 different types of grapes, including Barbaroux, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Ugni blanc, Sémillon, Clairette, Grenache noir and Rolle (the great Provençal and Ligurian white grape) and can be found in some of the finest establishments in Paris.  As are all of the visits organized by Via Nissa, the event will be organized as an authentic non-touristic experience and it is planned for September 23, 2018
