Via Nissa provides both wine and culinary tours to whatever expertise is desired. Often the best time to visit wineries is during the grape harvest when all of the production is in use and we can go far beyond just looking at unused equipment or wine stored in barrels. Our winery visits can be presented by the domain owners or a specialized sommelier or wine steward. Our visits usually include a culinary event, whether lunch or dinner and there is often the possibility to enjoy home cooked meals in the comfort of the home of a local resident. These food offerings can go well beyond typical French cuisine, or Italian cuisine and can include a number of opportunities to taste the home cooked foods of Northern Africa. |
